Packaging
To insure absolute freshness, our desserts are frozen, and carefully packaged in sturdy corrugated boxes. They are placed in sturdy styrofoam shippers with ice packs.

Shipping
We ship Monday thru Friday via UPS next day air. Orders received Friday thru Sunday will be shipped on Monday. We cannot accept responsibility or give credit for items with incorrect or incomplete shipping information. Keep in mind that these are perishable items.

Holiday Shipping
Thanksgiving orders must be placed by November 13th and Christmas orders must be placed by December 15th to guarantee on time delivery.
